Hilton London Syon Park, Brentford

Staying at Hilton Syon Park was a mixed bag for me. The friendly and accommodating staff were a definite highlight, and I appreciated the lovely views of the surrounding park. However, the unexpected charges for the pool left a sour taste, and I faced quite a delay during check-in which was frustrating after a long journey.
